摘要
针对自行火炮系统内的机电设备,依据冲击缓冲和隔振的要求,进行了抗冲击隔振装置的设计与分析。建立了碟簧和金属丝网隔冲系统的非线性模型,对其缓冲和减振性能进行分析计算。计算表明,缓冲隔振系统达到了减小车载机电设备所受的强烈冲击振动、提高机电设备工作的性能和使用寿命的目的。
In relation to electromechanical equipment in SP gun system, according to requirements of shock buffer and isolation, buffering and isolation device is designed and analyzed. Nonlinear model of disk spring and metal mesh anti-shock isolation system is established to analyze and calculate its buffering and damping performances. Calculation results showed that buffering isolation system achieves the goal of reducing strong shock and vibration and improving operational feature and service life of vehicle-mounted electromechanical equipment.
