摘要
自行高炮炮塔空调对改善武器系统人机环境,提高武器系统的战斗力和作战效能有重要作用。炮塔空调的控制要适合炮塔内乘员的操作。控制面板上除制冷、风扇、风扇速度等控制开关外,还应有工作指示灯和故障指示灯。炮塔空调设计应考虑到电磁兼容性、三防、抗冲击振动、高温、凝露等特殊工况及控制系统的保护等问题。针对某自行高炮战技指标要求,对其安装的ZJ WL20A炮塔空调进行了设计计算,指出了炮塔空调总体设计与使用中存在的难点与改进方法。
Turret air conditioning system of SPAAG plays an important role in improving man - machine- environment feature, combat power and effectiveness of weapon system. Control of turret air conditioning system should be suitable for crew operation in turret. In addition to control switches of refrigeration, fan, fan speed etc. on control panel, it should also be equipped with operation and fault indicator lamps. Design of turret air conditioning system should take special conditions such as EMC, NBC, shock resistance performance, high temperature, condensed dewdrop, protection of system and so on into account. For tactical and technical data requirements of SPAAG, design and calculation of ZJWL-20A turret air conditioning system are performed, and difficult point and improving method in design and operation are pointed out.
