To understand harmony we should first understand contradiction, the precondition of construction of harmony is to dissolve contradiction. Since there are contradictions, so we need harmony; for harmony, we should dissolve contradiction. A excellent enterprise must be a harmonious unity of internal and external; without harmony, the enterprise can＇t be a machine of high-speed and high-efficiency, nor can deal with the various market changes.
