摘要
本文利用大系统分解协调原理，应用目标规划法，结合模拟技术具有仿真好、运算速度快、模拟过程容易控制的优点，提出了一种新的优化方法——目标规划模拟法。建立了库群供水系统目标规划模拟模型，并在优化调度的基础上研究实时调度方法。
Based on goal programming principle of large scale decompostion-coordination technique, and is combined with advantages of the simulation technique, such as really simulating a system, high-speed computing, being easy to be controlled. The large scale system coordinative simulation and the subsystem simulation models are devoloped for optimum operation of multireservoir system. The mothod of real-time operation for multireservoir system are studied. The central intension is to find out the method for drawing up the rule curves for multireservoir system with multiple guaranted rate and real-time operation.
