摘要
虚拟企业合作各方有不同的文化背景,其文化差异必然带来文化冲突,这会影响虚拟企业的构建及运营战略的制定与实施,因此在虚拟企业的运营战略中注入文化的内涵,使运营战略与虚拟企业的文化协调一致,使文化对运营战略产生积极的促进作用,以有效地改善虚拟企业的运营成果,提高虚拟企业的竞争能力是十分必要的。通过分析虚拟企业文化的特点以及运营战略与跨文化的冲突原因,提出了支配型、互补型和链型三种虚拟企业战略支持性文化的融合模式,旨在指导虚拟企业战略支持性文化的建设。
Each virtual enterprise as an alliance member has its own culture background, which will lead to an intercultural conflict with others and affect the establishment and implementation of operational strategy of the virtual enterprise because of intercultural difference. So, it is of significance for a virtual enterprise to play fully the role of cultural connotation in its operational strategy and coordinate them so as to make the strategy more positive and effective in the improvement of its operation and competitiveness. Analyzing the characteristics of the cultural background of virtual enterprise, operational strategy and the causes of intercultural conflict, three modes are put forward for the implementation of strategy-supportive intercultural fusion, i.e., predominant, complementary and chain-type modes.
