摘要
运用“学生在校行为问卷”和“教师领导行为问卷”,对浙江省部分高校的823名学生进行调查,分析体育教师不同教学领导行为下学生心理适应状况。研究表明:学生的心理适应与其感知到的教师民主教学行为是正相关,而与权威教学行为是负相关;男生更多地感知到了教师的权威领导行为和放任领导行为,女生则更多地感知到了教师的民主领导行为。
In this article, we use the questionnaire of student behavior in college and questionnaire of teacher's leader behavior to select 823 undergraduates in Zhejiang province and analyzes the students' situation of psychological adaptation under PE teachers' different teaching leading behavior. The results indicate that the students' psychological adaptation and teach- ers' diplomatic teaching behavior shows positive relevant, instead , negative relevant with demanding teaching behavior; the male students are more used to be with demanding teaching behavior and easy going teaching behavior; the female students more like persuasive teaching behavior.
