北京市某事业单位近4年职工体检结果分析

Analysis of medical examination of the staff in the latest 4 years and relevant advice

目的通过对北京市某事业单位4年来职工健康体检结果的分析,确定危害职工身心健康的主要危险因素,为有针对性地制定健康教育措施提供依据。方法综合近4年职工体检报告,找出患病率较高的疾病种类,分析其年度变化趋势和年龄段分布情况。结果患病率较高的疾病由高到低依次为:脂肪肝(24.9%)、高血压(24.3%)、眼底病变(14.9%)、高脂血症(11.4%)、糖尿病(7.3%)和冠心病(4.7%)。年龄分布以42岁以上人群检出率最高。结论与行为生活方式有关的慢性非传染性疾病成为威胁职工身体健康的主要危险因素。应通过多种形式的健康教育活动增强职工的自我保健意识,提高职工的生活质量。

Objective To analyze the results of medical examination of the staff in the latest 4 yearn, make sure the main risk factors influenced the health of the staff, and provide reference for making effective measures of health education. Methods The medical examination reports of the staff for the latest 4 years were collected and the spectrum of diseases were analyzed. Results Those diseases with high prevalence rates were fatty liver （24.9%）, hypertension （24.3%）, ocular fundus pathological changes （14.9%）, hyperlipoidemia （11.4%）, diabetes mellitus （7.3%） and coronary artery disease （4.7%）. The prevalence rates were high in 42 year-old or elder people. Conclusion Chronic non-infectious diseases related behavior life style were the main risk factors influenced the health of the staff. Various aetivities should be developed to improve employees＇ healthcare
