On the Value of Labor Law

关于劳动法价值的理论,目前尚属空白。作为劳动法,其价值重在保护劳动者作为市场经济主体的合法权益,促进社会生产力发展,促进社会安定,促进人权保障。这里从劳动法价值的概念、劳动法的价值特点、劳动法的价值等几个方面进行尝试性研究。

There still remains blank theoretically about the value of Labor Law. The author of this article holds that the value of Labor Law lies mainly in protecting the beneficial interests of the laborers as the main body in market economy, promoting the development of social productive force, social stability and the indemnification of human rights as well. This article attempts to research on the juristic value of Labor Law in terms of the conception of the value, its characteristics and value.
