大连市非公有企业人才资源现状分析

摘要 通过引入人才总量、人才当量、人才资源密度、人才资源空间分布丰度等指标,比较和分析大连市非公有企业人才资源的总体规模、结构及行业分布状况。大连市非公有企业人才资源总体素质不高,高层次的研究生人才密度偏小,女性人才尤其是高学历女性人才比重偏低;制造业、批发零售业和建筑业的人才总体规模最大,信息传输、计算机服务和软件业以及科学研究、技术服务和地质勘查业的人才密度最大。 By using indicators, such as the amount of human resources, the equivalent amount of human resources, the density of human resources and the spatial distribution of human resources, this article discusses the population size, composition and distribution of industry of human resources in Dalian' s non-public enterprises. The overall quality of human resources in Dalian's non-public enterprises is not high, the density of postgraduate students is low, and the proportion of female talents, especially those who possess high school records is small. The population size of talents in manufacturing industry, the wholesale retail trade and the field of construction is large, and the density of talents in information transmission, computer service and software industry, and the scientific research, technical service and geological prospecting industry is thick.
