目的:介绍戒除酒瘾的有效方法-嗜酒者互诫协会的精神康复理念与程序。方法:利用河北医科大学图书馆资料,人工检索1999-01/2005-12与嗜酒者互诫协会的精神康复理念与程序相关的书刊和文献。检索词为“嗜酒者互诫协会,酒依赖,康复”。结果:嗜酒者互诫协会的“12个步骤”与“12个传统”是互诫协会会员康复及活动的基本原则,是根据会员们反复尝试后的体会以及协会活动经验总结出来的。“12个步骤”是一套精神原则,是互诫协会戒酒方案的核心,它包括一些理念和活动内容,可作为一种生活方式予以实践,并获得幸福和精彩生活。“12个传统”是嗜酒者互诫协会活动的原则,是嗜酒者互诫协会坚持本会团结并与社会交往的方式。遵照“12个步骤”和“12个传统”,并真正付诸行动,嗜酒者将会发生踌躇→沉思→准备→行动→保持的变化阶段。个体逐渐转变观念,建立起新的价值体系,从对客体依赖转为自我独立。并渐渐开始帮助他人。这种变化逐渐融合成一种巨大的力量,使每个酒依赖者摒弃酒瘾,重获健康。结论:嗜酒者互诫协会通过“12个步骤”与“12个传统”等精神康复程序,可以帮助嗜酒者戒除酒瘾。

AIM： To introduce the conception and process of mental rehabilitation of the Alcoholic Anonymous. which is an effective method to refrain from winebowl. METHODS： By using the data in the library of Hebei Medical University, the relevant books and periodicals from 1999 to 2005 were identified manually with the keywords of ＂Alcoholics Anonymous, alcohol dependence, recovery＂. RESULTS： The ＂12 steps＂ and ＂12 traditions＂, which were summarized according to the repeated attempt of members and the experience of Alcoholic Anonymous, are the general principles of the rehabilitation and activities for the members of Alcoholic Anonymous. The ＂12 steps＂ is a spirit principle and the core of abstinence project in Alcoholic Anonymous. The ＂12 steps＂ include some conception and activity contents, which can carry out by way of life style to achieve welfare and color life. The ＂12 traditions＂ is the activity principle in Alcoholic Anonymous to assure clients solidify and society relation. Conform to ＂ 12 steps＂ and ＂12 traditions＂, alcoholics would change： hesitation→ponder→prepare→action→maintenance. Individual transit conception and strike up new value system to keep independence and help the others. With the changes, the alcoholics can refrain from winebowl and retrieve health. CONCLUSION： It is a good method to help alcoholics refrain from winebowl with Alcoholics Anonymous and the procedure of recovery.
