摘要
从中国企业实际出发,提出三种企业未来发展的物流模式:业务外包、SCM自营物流、TPL自营物流,并在此基础上对未来物流模式进行分析比较;论述企业选择物流模式的因素以及在实施过程中绩效考核及控制,为中国企业在制定未来物流战略时提供决策支持。
According to the practice, the paper proposes three kinds of logistics mode for the future development： outsourcing, SCM self-managed and self-managed logistics, On the basis of analysis and comparison of the modes, it discusses how to choose the modes and implement performance evaluation and control.
