摘要
在分析目前液体成分浓度测量方法的基础上,提出了一种用于多元液体成分浓度测量的声电联合检测新方法,并重点介绍了传感器的结构和传感器设计中的非线性、温度补偿等几个关键问题。用牛乳这一多元液体作为被测对象对这种测试方法和传感器进行了验证,测试精度与参考方法非常接近。该传感器能同时对多个成分浓度测量,具有测试速度快、精度高、稳定性好、能测试不透明液体、成本低廉等优点。
The paper introduced a new method for analyzing multi-component liquid density of the combination of acoustic and electronic parameters based on the current analysis methods of density measurement. It discussed some key problems in the sensor design like nonlinearity and temperature compensation. The structure of sensor has been emphasized. The measure accuracy is very close to the result of reference method by using milk as a measurand, which is an example of multi-component liquid. The sensor is able to measure more than one component density at the same time. Moreover, it has got some advantages of lower cost and higher speed, accuracy and stability. It enables to measure non-transparent liquids.
