摘要
采用开关电容阵列技术、激光修正技术和低电压低电流的CMOS工艺生产的高精度逐次逼近式模数转换器已经进入到很多常见的信号处理系统中。但是这些新技术的引入也带来了使用上的新问题。针对这些新技术带来的问题展开讨论,对如何通过改进新型高精度逐次逼近式模数转换器的输入缓冲、基准源、重复性和输出总线缓冲,提高采集系统的精度和信噪比等问题,提出了相应的解决方法和技术。
The high performance SAR analog to digital converters, which is turn out by the switched-capacitor array technology, laser modification technology and low voltage, low current CMOS technology have emerged in more and more normal signal processing systems, these technology also bring on many new problems. This paper is discussing on them, it forces on how to ameliorate the converters' input buffer, voltage reference, repeatability and digital out buffer, and gives some new methods to improve the data acquisition systems precision and SNR.
