摘要
双目立体视觉的有效现场标定是实现高精度工件尺寸测量的关键技术。首先根据现场实际测量环境的要求,选择适合的摄像机及镜头。再设置两个摄像机的结构参数,如调整两个CCD摄像机之间的距离、光轴夹角等,对这些参数进行优化,以达到最佳的测量效果。在此基础上进行双目标定。该方法一次即可完成所有参数的标定,实验结果表明,此方法能够得到满意的标定精度。
Dual CCD stereoscopic vision calibration with high precision is the key technology to gain high precision dimension measure of work piece. According to the demand of the locale measure environment to select suitable cameras and camera lens, setting up the structure parameter for the dual CCD, such as how to decide the distance between two CCD cameras, optic axial angle. Optimizing the structure are the measurement for providing a perfect measure result. Binocular calibration works on them. This method can calibrate all parameters at one time, the experimental results show that the satisfactory calibration precision can be achieved by using this method.
