摘要
基于光电积分法设计仪器的光电探测器,通过专用程序优选颜色玻璃作滤光器,修正探测器的光谱灵敏度S(λ),可一次积分测出样品的三刺激值XYZ。仪器采用高亮度节能的脉冲氙灯作为光源,利用光纤导光,用单片机作为控制器,直接给出被测液体色差。采用已知x0、y0、z0色度坐标的标准液体,标定仪器并得到颜色校正系数。测试数据表明,该仪器可用于液体色差的现场快速测量。
A kind of portable intelligent instrument based on photoelectric integral is developed independently. It has mainly used in measuring chromaticity of liquid. The instrument uses pulse xenon arc lamp as the illuminant and it has high luminance and low energy consuming. And it also uses optical fiber to conduct light. What this article has done consists of: ① design a double-light-route using pulse xenon arc lamp and optical fiber, ② a probe has been designed which can immerge in liquid,③ modify the photoelectric sensor of the instrument to CIE standard color stimulus function, ④ produce a sample using Micorcon troller, E2orom, LCD. A/D and so on.
