大江截流是三峡工程网络计划中关键路线上的控制点，也是一二期工程的转折点，其成败关系重大。要实现1997年大江高质量截流，必须根据大江截流的特点、截流时段和截流流量标准、施工期通航等问题对大江截流关键技术问题进行正确决策。

The TGP river closure which is the controlling point on the critical paths of TGP construction networks and the turning point of Phase- 1 and Phase- 2 construction will be extremelycritical to the smooth progress of TGP construction.
