摘要
在前人的基础上提出了复合型切缝药包,即是在切缝药包和炮孔壁之间再加一个切缝管,用水做耦合介质。试件采用8个400 mm×300 mm×270 mm的长方体,运用超动态应变测试仪对切缝方向进行了测试,并用专用软件DasV iew2虚拟软件对数据进行采集和分析,发现测到的应变是一般的切缝药包的4倍。复合切缝药包能够起到更好的定向效果,更高的能量利用率。复合型切缝药包的提出为切缝药包爆破提供了更为广阔的应用前景。
The complex slotted cartridge is put forward on the basis of previous research, namely, a slotted pipe is added between slotted charge and borehole, using water as medium. The 400 mm× 300 mm × 270 mm rectangular solid specimens were adopted to measure the slotted direction's strain by using high dynamic strain indicator. The DasView2 dummy software was used to measure and analyze the digital information. It is found that the strain is as 4 times as that of general slotted charge blasting. The slotted charge blasting is more directionally effective and has higher capacity usage ratio. The complex slotted cartridge will provide the vaster application field for slotted charge blasting.
