体育锻炼对促进大学生心理健康的效能性研究 被引量:71

Research on Effectiveness of Physical Exercises on Psychological Health of College Students

摘要 通过采用大学生人格问卷UPI,将偶尔参加体育锻炼与经常参加体育锻炼的大学生分组进行调查,并对调查所得结果进行x2检验。经调查,偶尔参加体育锻炼的大学生与经常参加体育锻炼的大学生的心理健康状况存在较大程度的差异,偶尔参加体育锻炼的大学生在躯体类、情绪类、人际交往类以及神经症类等方面的心理问题远远多于经常参加体育锻炼的大学生。鉴于体育锻炼对促进大学生心理健康的高效能性,有必要组织大学生积极进行体育锻炼,以提高大学生的心理素质。 Adopted UPI questionnaire of college students, this study selected college students of Anhuui University by random and divided them into two groups : the students who seldom participated in exercises and the students who often participated in exercises. The results of the investigation were examined by x2 test. The results of this study indicated that there existed significant differences on the situation of psychological health between the students who seldom participated in exercises and the students who often participated in exercises. The psychological problems existing among the students seldom participated in exercises were much more than those of the students often participated in exercises in the indexes of body, emotion, communication with people and neurosis and so on. According to significant influences of physical exercises on college students' psychological health, it's essential to organize college students to participate in sports actively, in order to promote their physiological and psychological health.
