摘要
高校招收规模的扩张,我国市场经济的逐渐深化,教育部所采取的评估制度,势必导致高校、社会、国家对高校青年教师课堂教学质量的高度重视。提高我国体育院校青年教师课堂教学质量已经成为迫在眉睫的任务。继《体育院校课堂教学质量评价指标体系的构建与应用》的研究基础上,通过相关研究方法,在制定出《体育院校青年教师术科课堂教学质量专家评估体系》的同时,对2004年度武汉体院青年教师术科课堂教学质量专家评估工作进行实证研究,并提出了未来提高我国体育院校青年教师术课课堂教学质量的主要因素。
With the implementation of the college expansion policy, in the context of the deepening development of Chinese market economy, the evaluation system employed by the Ministry of Edtication inevitably had important influence on the specific attention from the society, institutions and the country upon the teaching quality in class in higher education. Based on the application of "Expert's evaluation system of schoolroom education quality of young teacher's technical courses in Gym educational institutions", with the combination of relevant research methods, this research established and implemented "Expert's Evaluation System on the Teaching Quality of PE Technical Teaching among Young Teachers" in Wuhan Institute of PE. Meanwhile, in 2004 empirical research was conducted in order to evaluate the above ' Teaching Quality Evaluation'. The main factors were proposed in this study in order to improve the classroom teaching quality of young teachers in Wuhan Institute of PE.
