我国优秀女子铅球运动员专项身体素质训练水平与运动成绩的研究

Research on the Training level of the Specialized Quality and Competition Score among Chinese Outstanding Female Shot Throwing Athletes

在查阅文献资料和访谈专家的基础上,收集了我国31名优秀女子铅球运动员147次运动成绩以及与其所对应的专项身体素质指标测验结果,通过主成分分析和因子分析,并对结果利用优势分析法进行验证,得出影响我国健将级女子铅球运动成绩的专项身体素质指标,以及两个等级的回归方程。依据统计学正态分布原理,运用相应的计算公式,制定出专项身体素质综合发展水平、专项身体素质总体发展均衡程度以及专项身体素质综合发展水平与运动成绩适应程度的3种评定标准,并结合我国一名优秀女子铅球运动员的实际情况,进行具体的诊断分析,为综合评定我国优秀女子铅球专项身体素质训练水平提供较全面的依据。

Based on literature review and specialist interview, this study collected scores of 147 competitions among Chinese 31 outstanding female shot throwing athletes and their test results of relative indexes of specialized quality, through the principle component analysis and factor analysis, adopted preponderance analysis to inspect the results, the main indexes of specialized quality which impacted on the scores of Chinese outstanding female shot throwing athletes and two-level regression equation were obtained. According to the statistics normal distribution rule and the relevant calculation formula, the formulation established three kinds of evaluation criterions, including synthesized development level of specialized quality, the balance degree of the integrated development of specialized quality, and the adaptation extent of synthesizing development level of specialized quality and competition score. With the combination of practical conditions of one Chinese outstanding female shot throwing athlete, this study conducted a detailed diagnose and analysis, thereby providing completed evidence for evaluating the training level of specialized quality of Chinese outstanding female shot throwing athletes completely.
