摘要
随着现代信息技术的迅猛发展,在推进以人水和谐理念为基础的现代水利和可持续发展水利的过程中,应用现代信息技术建立现代水资源管理系统越来越显得重要和迫切。结合广西水资源管理的需要,提出了构建广西数字水资源的总体设想和结构体系。
