水库移民“入股分红”安置方式的构想

Relocate reservoir population by becoming shareholder and sharing profit

分析了长洲水利枢纽水库淹没补偿和移民安置补偿数量,论述了水库移民安置设计构想,提出了以淹没补偿和移民安置补偿费作为投资的“入股分红”安置方式,并对分红收入进行了测算,探讨了“入股分红”安置方式的优点及存在的问题。

Based on an analysis of the reservoir inundation compensation and population relocation compensation of Changzhou Hydraulic Complex, the author demonstrated the design idea of relocating reservoir population, i. e. taking inundation compensation and population relocation compensation as investment, so relocated population become shareholders and share profit in the future. Estimate calculation of expect profit was made. The advantages and existing problems of this resettlement idea was also discussed.
