水轮发电机组锡基轴承合金轴瓦缺陷修复方法探析

摘要 水电站运行中,水轮发电机组轴承合金轴瓦常发生裂纹、沟槽、过渡磨损、脱层甚至烧瓦的缺陷或事故。为此,结合前人和作者多年的实践经验,对轴瓦的各种缺陷或事故进行分析,探析几种常用修复方法和工艺的适用性,经技术经济比较及工程实践表明:采用火焰加热焊补法效果较好。 The alloy bearing liner of turbine generator unit in operation has frequently seen crack, slot, excessive abrasion, delamination and even liner burn. Combined with the practice experience o( predecessor and authors, analysis is made on various defects or faults of bearing liners, and the applicability of several repairing methods and technique in common use were also discussed. The results of technical and economic comparison as well as engineering practice demonstrate that flame heating repair welding renders relatively good effect.
