摘要
糖液过饱和度是结晶单元操作的重要参数。本文针对以往过饱和度测量方法的局限性,提出一种新的测量过饱和系数的方法,即软测量方法。并用最小二乘法得到了过饱和度的估算公式,从而为今后过饱和度在线软测量提供理论依据。
Sucrose oversaturation is one of the most important control parameter of crystal size. In this paper, a new software method for measuring oversaturation is proposed. The formula for estimation the oversaturation is established by using the least square method.
