硒锗联合作用对氟致大鼠体内铜、锌、铁影响的研究

Study on trace elements Effects of Se-Ge Agent on Toxicity of Fluoride

目的:研究硒锗联合作用对氟致大鼠体内铜、锌、铁的影响。方法:给SD大鼠饮用含NaF(100mg/L) 的蒸馏水90天,同时灌胃给予Na2SeO3[0．1mg／kg(BW·d)]和或Ge-132[10mg／kg(BW·d)]。对大鼠血清、肝、肾组织中的铜、锌、铁含量进行了测定。结果:硒锗联合对氟诱导的大鼠血清、肝、肾中的铜降低具有明显抑制作用,对氟诱导的大鼠血清的锌、铁含量降低具有明显抑制作用,对氟诱导的大鼠肝中的铁含量降低具有明显抑制作用。对氟诱导的大鼠肝中的锌含量升高具有明显协同作用。结论:硒锗联合对氟诱导的大鼠体内微量元素的影响具有协同作用。

Objective, Study on trace elements Effects of Se-Ge Agent on Toxicity of Fluoride. Methods： Sprague-Dawley rats were provided with distilled water containing NaF（100mgL）, and were administered through garage with Na2SeO3]-0.1mg/kg（BW· d）-] and or Ge-132[10mg/kg（BW · d）]. The content of Fe, Cu, Zn in rats serum , liver, kidneys were dedected. Results： When rats drank excessive F, gavaged with Se and Ge, the content of Cu in serum, liver, kidneys, the content of Fe, Zn can be increased in serum, the content of Fe can be increased in liver. Conclusion： Se and Ge put up the synergism.
