基于模糊综合评判的装备采购评标方法

Tender Evaluation Method for Equipment Procurement Based on Fuzzy Comprehension Assessment

针对装备协作配套件采购评标问题,提出将模糊综合评判引入到装备采购的评标中去,建立了基于模糊综合评判的评标模型。以某装备协作配套件采购招标为例,其评标步骤包括:建立评语集、建立权重集、确定各因素隶属函数及进行模糊评判,得出结论。

Aiming at the tender evaluation problem of equipments procurement, present fuzzy comprehensive assessment was introduced into tender evaluation for equipment procurement, and the tender evaluation model was established based on fuzzy comprehensive assessment. Taking the procurement bidding of parts and auxiliary equipment as an example, the procedure of tender evaluation includes： establishing evaluation set and weight set, ensuring subject functions of every factor, operating the fuzzy assessment and making a conclusion.
