摘要
以Mikron数控机床的Heidenhain控制系统为例,I-DEAS后置处理由INIT、START、TERMINATE三个程序段组成。通过DEASCAM后置处理器输入刀位、机床配置、后置处理程序等信息,可得到机床NC加工程序的输出。其后置处理程序分初始化段、起始段、共用段、主轴段、直线插补段、平面圆弧插补段及结束段七部分。
Taking the Heidenhain control system for Mikron NC machine tool as example, Ⅰ-DEAS postposition processing includes INIT program section, START program section, and TERMINATE program section. The cutter spacing, machine tool configuration, and postposition processing were inputted through DEAS CAM postposition processor to get the output of NC processing program in machine tool. The postposition processing program is composed of initialization section, start section, sharing section, main axis section, line interpolation section, plane arc interpolation section and end section.
