摘要 介绍了反射性隔热防水涂料的隔热原理、化学组成、配制方法和性能检测结果。用Tg温度不同的丙烯酸乳液分别作为防水层和反光层的基料,以满足防水涂层的柔韧性和粘结力以及反光涂层的耐候性和自洁性;采用表面包覆高折射率氧化物膜层的云母粉作为反光填料,取得了最好的反光隔热效果。 This paper preheated some information about heat-insulating & waterproof coating, which including the principle of heat insulation, the chemical makeup, the blending method, and the testing results of its property. The basic components of waterproof layer and reflecting layer of the coating were acrylic acid latex with different transformation temperature, which met the requirement of flexibility and cohering streng.th of the waterproof layer , and of anti-weathering and self-cleaning capacity of reflecting layer. The powdered mica coated high refractive oxide was used as reflectable padding, which can obtain the best results of heat insulation and reflection.
