关于建立区域性文献传递中心的思考

从国内外文献传递服务发展状况入手,结合文献传递服务的功效,提出建立区域性文献传递中心的建议,探讨了方案实施、完善措施、文献传递方式和结算方式等。

Start with the situation of transmitting service development of domestic and international documents, I put forward a suggestion to construct a regional documents transmitting center by combination the effect of documents transmitting service and discuss the issues of scheme implementation, perfect measures and the way of document transmission as well as the way of settling accounts.
