摘要
从E时代馆长在制定馆员激励政策时存在的缺陷现状分析入手,通过运用信息不对称及建立数学模型对馆员从事道德风险行为进行理论分析,指出从事道德风险活动的动机与被发现的概率、额外收益,本份尽职时的工资收益、聘期,暴露其行为后的收益、及未来的收益贴现率的关系;最后提出对馆员进行激励的合理对策研究,为馆长有效地制定激励政策提供思路。
This paper analyses the flaws in the encouragement policy made by the library dean in E-era. It points out, by using information asymmetry and establishing mathematical model, the motivation, disclosure probability and extra income of moral risk behavior of librarians. Furthermore, it analyses the advantages of honesty and disadvantages of moral risk behavior. Finally, it gives some suggestion to the library dean on how to make a proper encouragement policy.
