With the development and popularization of information and network technology, setting up websites has become a basic mode of making enterprises more competitive in the international market. This chesis designs an evaluation criteria system for the websites developed by enterprises independently. And it is based on a series of quantitative as web as qualitative study on enterprise websites. Therefore, the thesis enables enterprises to recognize and hold their own websites and to establish a foundation for the establishment of their development and competition strategy, so that they can deal with the challenges much better against the increasingly complex world and fierce competitive environment.
