Progress Status in Coal Tar Process and Our Countermeasures

介绍了高温煤焦油的组成特点,对比了4种国内外常见的焦油蒸馏工艺流程,就山西金尧焦化有限公司发展煤焦油加工提出了一些对策:煤焦油大型集中加工、产学研相结合、提高加工深度、开发新品种。

The compositions in high temperature coal tar are as many as up to ten thousand, among which 500 have been found out and about 200 can be extracted. 4 distillation technologies for coal tar processing that are commonly adopted at home and abroad are compared. They have no big differences, but each is suitable for its respective case. Some countermeasures about coal tar processing are suggested： the plants should be large in scale for concentrated processing, the production companies, relevant universities and research institutes should join forces for deeper processing in order to produce more varieties.
