液固流化床内床层塌落动态过程的数值模拟

摘要 在理论分析液固流化床内床层塌落过程的基础上,对水和玻璃球体系的床层动态塌落行为进行了多相流数值模拟,详细考察了液体速度突然减小后床层表面和分隔界面随时间的变化规律,模拟结果与经典模型预测值相吻合,表明多相流计算流体动力学模拟可以很好地预测液固流化床的床层动态塌落行为。 Based on theoretical analysis,' the bed collapse process of the liquid-solid fluidized bed was numerically simulated. Water and glass beads were employed as liquid and solid phases, respectively. The change characteristics of the bed surface and internal interface were investigated in detail when liquid flux was suddenly switched to a lower value. The results predicted by mathematical model coincides with the data of theoretical calculation, which shows that this multiphase computational fluid dynamics method can be used to examine the dynamic bed collapse behavior in the liquid-solid fluidized bed.
