摘要
介绍了某输油管线改输气管线的管材适用性评价工作。通过对管道无损检测以及管材理化性能的测试,对材料抗脆断能力和延性断裂止裂能力评价及酸性气体环境下的应力腐蚀敏感性和氢致开裂敏感性分析,表明该管线的管道材质性能符合输油改输气的管线条件,同时建议对管道的焊缝作进一步的检测和评价。
Fitness-for-service of material of a oil pipeline was assessed since it is transformed to gas pipeline.There are different requirements about the material property between the gas pipeline and the oil pipeline.The fitness-for-service assessment on the material of the pipeline is taken through the non-destructive detection of the pipeline and the test of material's physical and chemical properties,to evaluate the ability to resist brittle rupture and ductile crack arresting,the sensitivity to sulfide stress corrosion cracking and to hydrogen induced cracking,etc.The result shows that the pipeline is suitable for transmitting gas instead of transmitting oil.It was suggested that weld joint should be detected further.
