摘要
对公司原有螺旋焊管静水压试验机进行了技术改造,重新设计了电气控制线路,增加了计算机控制系统。介绍了改进后静水压试验机的工作过程、控制系统配置及软件程序设计。使用证明,各项控制功能及数据均达到或超过设计要求。
The original hydrostatic tester for spiral submerged arc welded pipe has technical rebuild and electric control line is redesigned as well as increasing computer control system.The working process,control system configuring and software program design is introduced.Every control function and data function all reach or over the design requirement after application approval.
