摘要
为研究高温菌在有机废液处理上的优势,利用高温菌Thmus ruber(CCM4212)进行摇床实验和发酵罐实验, 对其生长特性及废液处理能力的研究得出:该菌适宜生长的温度是50℃-70℃,适宜生长的pH是7-9;利用该菌种在摇床条件下和发酵罐条件下处理玉米浸泡液,得出:经10倍稀释后,玉米浸泡液初始SCODCr约为3 000 mg ·L-1,处理时间为12 h时,其溶解性CODCr(SCODCr)去除率最大,分别为51.7%和81.2%。
In order to study the advantages for processing organic waste water by thermophile. We used thermophilic bacteria Thmus ruber (CCM4212)do experiments both at flask and fermentor, studied the specific growth conditions and the ability for waste water treatment of the thermophilic bacteria and got that, the optimal growth temperature and pH range of the bacteria is respectively 50 ℃ - 70 ℃ and 7 - 9. utilizing this bacteria processing maize dipping water both at rotary shaker and fermentor, the experiments showed that, after diluted 10 times, when the initial SCODCr is about 3000 mg·L^-1 and treating time is 12 h, the soluble CODCr(SCODCr) decreased highest, respectively are 51.7% and 81.2%.
