摘要
对补料方式、补料速度等发酵过程的各种参数,以及产酸率、转化率、发酵周期等的影响和补料分批发酵条件进行了研究,确定了L-亮氨酸补料分批发酵的最优条件。在最优补料分批发酵条件下,10 L罐L-亮氨酸产量达 29.47 g/L,糖酸转化率达21.47%,结果明显优于分批发酵。
Investigation for the effect of various paraments such as feed mode, feed speed etc and the effect of concentration of L-leucine, conversion rate of glucose, fermentation time, the optimum fermentation conditions were determined, on which the yield of L-leucine was 29.47 g/L and the conversion rate was 21.47% in 10-liter fermentor. The results showed that feed batch fermentation is better than batch fermentation.
