摘要
针对点钞机振动噪声问题,采用试验模态分析技术对点钞机机壳进行模态分析,得出机壳的模态参数,进一步识别出点钞机的噪声源和振动源,并对机壳作了阻尼垫隔振处理,使标准点噪声声压级降低了1.5 dB。
Based on the experiment modal analysis technology, modal analysis of the shell of currency count machine was done, gained the modal parameters of the shell, identified the source of noise and vibration, added vibration isolator to the shell, and made the noise pressure level of the reference point reduce 1.5 dB.
