摘要
针对大型螺旋桨数控加工的实际需求,为解决多桨叶螺旋桨毛坯测量中的余量估算、桨叶的z向纠偏、后倾角纠偏等多个问题,提出了基于最小二乘法的毛坯寻位数学模型。根据大型螺旋桨的实际情况,对该问题的求解算法———遗传算法进行了改进,不仅避免了寻优过程中收敛到局部最优值,而且提高了计算效率。通过实验,验证了算法的实用性和可靠性。
The traditional way of measuring and estimating the allowance is the bottleneck to propeller machine in NC machining, thus an optimal method was proposed for distribution of the allowance and correction of the foundry offset. Based on least square a mathematical model was built to describe the relation between the machine coordinates and design coordinates. GA was used to search the best adaptive variable of the model. The practice shows that according to the model adjusting the parameters can correct the offset between the all blades, and the method is efficient.
