摘要
偏心铰弧形闸门在压紧止水过程中,对止水橡皮产生很大切搓力,这不仅会增大启闭机的容量,而且会影响止水橡皮的使用寿命,必须尽可能减小或消除切搓的影响,本文从止水橡皮材质上进行实验比较,优选出大压缩量下抗切握性能较好的材质,供工程单位综合选用。
in the process of water seals being pressed tightly by eccentric hinge radial gate, great shearscrubbing will emerge. It will not only increase the hoist capacity, but also shorten the service life ofwater seal. So the influence of shear scrubbing must be teduced or removed as much as possible. Inthis paper, through comparing the experimental resultS of several kinds of water seal with differentmaterial character, the water seal material which produces minimum shear scrubbing force under a bigcompression has been picked out.
