安康水电厂4号水轮发电机组接力器导管拉伤的分析与处理

Test and Analysis for the Servomotor pilot Tube of Ankang Hydropower Plant's Fourth Unit

接力器在水轮机导水机构中起着转换和传递动力的重要作用。安康水电厂四号水轮发电机组接力器由于多种原因产生导管拉伤现象，影响了机组的安全与稳定运行。本文论述了对导管拉伤情况的测试与分析，并经过在大修中的正确处理，使接力器的运行状况得到明显改善。

The servomotor is important to ttansmt dynamic in the operating mechanism of wicketgate.The servomotor pilot tube of the fourth unit was damaged by a lot causes in Ankang hydropowerplant.So that it affected the unit smoothing rnning. In this paper, the test and analysis as well as re medial measure about the servomotor are described.
