大蒜素对大鼠离心运动后血IL-6、CK、CK-MM和Ca^(2+)变化的影响 被引量:23

摘要 目的:观察大蒜素对大鼠大强度离心运动后不同时相骨骼肌结构损伤及血液IL-6、CK、CK-MM和Ca2+变化的影响;方法:将雌性SD大鼠80只随机分为单纯运动组(A组)和用药运动组(B组),B组腹腔注射大蒜素20mg/kg/d。两周后观察各组在运动前及完成19~21m/min、坡度-16°的90min一次性离心运动后即刻、24h、48h和72h比目鱼肌结构及血IL-6、CK、CK-MM和Ca2+等变化;结果:运动后两组大鼠比目鱼肌结构都出现改变和损伤,A组表现最重。A组血浆IL-6运动后各时相较运动前明显升高,B组升高不明显。运动后两组血清CK-MM和CK都显著升高;B组在运动后即刻和24h血清CK-MM和CK显著低于A组。结论:大蒜素有助于减轻离心运动导致的骨骼肌超微结构损伤,对血浆IL-6水平升高有抑制作用。提示大蒜素对细胞膜通透性和完整性有一定保护作用。 Objective :To observer the effects of allicin on muscle damage at different phases after eccentric exercise and change of blood IL-6,CK and CK-MM,Ca^2+. Method:80 SD rats were randomly divided into the simple exercise group (A),and exercise plus allicin group (B). All rats of group B were injected parenteral solution of allicin (20mg/kg) for two weeks. Treadmill (19-21m/min,-16°and 90min) test was made for rats. After exercise, soleus muscle was obtained and blood sample were elicited from femoral artery. The fibrous structure and changes of the blood IL-6,CK and CK-MM,Ca^2+ were observed. Result:The ultrastructure of skeletal muscle of two groups was changed and damaged. The changes of group B was slightly smaller than that of group A. Plasma IL-6 of group A increased significantly after exercise. Serum CK and CK:MM increased obviously after exercise. Instant and 24 hours of group B were lower than those of group A. Conclusion :Allicin redounded to alleviate the ultastructure damage induced by eccentric exercise. It can restrain the enhancement of plasm IL- 6. It indicated that allicin can protect the permeability and integrality of cell membrane.
