摘要 反求工程是一个能够大大减少产品开发时间的重要技术,本文论述了从坐标测量机得到的数据重建零件CAD模型的过程,包括:坐标测量、数据点预处理、曲线曲面重构与分析诊断等步骤。结合工程实践,应用反求工程软件Surfa-cer10.5,证明了反求工程理论的可行性并且实现与现有CAD/CAM系统的集成。 Reverse engineering is an emerging technology that promises to play a role in reducing product development time. The process constructing the CAD model of parts from the data acquired by CMM was discussed, including coordination acquisition, preprocessing of data, reconstruction of curve and curved surface and its analysis and diagnosis. In engineering application, the viability of theory on reverse engineering were proved with the aided of Surfacer10. 5 system, the integration of reverse engineering with other CAD/CAM system was realized.
