The Optimization of the Cutting Process of Cylindrical Gear

基于圆柱齿轮Z倍展成(范成)加工原理,分析加工圆柱齿轮齿廓时各参数之间的关系。通过模拟加工过程,建立数学模型及约束条件,优化了加工过程中系统的控制参数。在保证质量的同时,使加工过程的时间最少,从而提高加工生产率。

The relationship of the cutting shaping of outline of cylindrical gear and the cutting parameter was analyzed based on Z times exhibition of cylindrical gear. The mathematics model was set up and the restriction condition was presented by imitating the cutting process, so the control parameter of cutting process was optimized, and the efficiency was raised.
