摘要
针对传统汽轮机阀门电液执行机构故障诊断系统在诊断机理、底层数据传输及组网方面的缺陷,提出了一种基于CEBUS现场总线的故障监控系统的实现,给出了系统的总体构成和物理实验结果。该系统的实现有望在只增添少量硬件投资的前提下引入现场总线监控系统,系统成本低廉、组态简单、数据传输可靠方便,而且系统的开放性和可扩展性好,对于火电厂,尤其是老电厂的技术改造具有重要价值。
Normal steam turbine electro -hydraulic converter fault monitoring system has some shortages at diagnose mechanics, lower level data transformation and networking. The realization of a new fault monitoring system based on CEBus was presented. The system has some advantages such as low cost, easy to maintain, field communication, opening and easy expanding. The whole system construction was given out and experimental results demonstrated the system has satisfactory performance.
