Study of Open Architecture CNC System

简述了开放式数控技术的思想,介绍了软件NC技术的概念和特点。在此基础上提出了一种面向软件NC技术的开放式数控系统的设计方案,并详细论述了其参考模型、通讯系统、动态配置系统的设计原则及其实现方式。最后介绍了所开发的系统实例,系统具有良好的开放性,实现了应用层、通信层的客户定制及控制轴类型、控制算法的动态配置。

A brief introduction to the idea of open CNC system was given, and the definitions and characteristics of technology of software -based CNC system were introduced. The design for software -oriented open CNC system was put forward and the design and realization of reference model, communicating system and dynamic configuration system was discussed. A CNC system developed was introduced which has an open architecture. In the system, application module and communication module can be customized, and axis type and control arithmetic can be configured dynamically.
