商品价格要体现环境伦理——透视实现循环经济的具体方法之一

Commodity Price Demanding the Reflection of the Environmental Ethics -Looking at One of the Concrete Methods to Realize Circular Economy

随着经济全球化迅猛发展,世界各国的环境问题日益严重,特别是像中国这样的发展中国家,经济发展速度更快,但环境污染情况相对更严重。本文运用具体数据,在分析产品价格构成要素的基础上,提出用征收绿色税的方式把环境成本加入到产品价格当中,实现由国家、企业和消费者三者分担环境治理费用的目的,进而达到抑制消费者消费和生产者生产污染环境的产品的目的,加快实现循环经济的步伐。

With the rapid development of economic globalization, the problems of environment become terrible in every country, especially in developing countries like China - the faster the economy develops, the more serious the environment pollution becomes. Using the concrete data, this paper suggests that we should add the pollution cost to the product price by the way of green tax, and then the government, the enterprise and the consumer share the environment cost, so as to restraiu the consumer and producer from consuming and producing polluted products. Finally, we can reduce the distance to the goal of circular economy.
