摘要
目的研究湖北地区汉族成人+2497T/G单核苷酸多态性与哮喘易感性、嗜酸性粒细胞计数以及血浆总IgE水平相关性。方法用聚合酶链反应-单链构象多态性-4引物聚合酶链反应的方法进行分析。结果eotaxin-3+2497位G等位基因的频率在哮喘组与对照组、哮喘组中TT、TG基因型的IgE浓度及EOS数量差异有显著性,P值分别为0.011,0.021和0.029。结论eotaxin-3+2497T/G多态性与哮喘易感性、EOS数量及IgE水平相关。
Objective To study the single nucleotide polymorphisms of + 2497 in eotaxin-3 and its association with asthma susceptibility, total IgE level and eosinophil count in adult population Of the Han nationality from Hubei province of China. Methods Polymerase chain reaction-single strand conformation polymorphism and tetra-primer polymerase chain reaction were used to identify the single nucleotide polymorphisms. Results The frequencies of eotaxin-3 + 2497 G allele between asthma group and control group were significantly different (P value :0.011 ). The total levels of plasma IgE and peripheral eosinophil counts between TT and TG genotypes in asthma group were significantly different and the P values were 0. 021 and 0. 029 respectively. Conclusion Polymorphism of eotaxin-3 + 2497 is associated with the susceptibility of asthma,peripheral eosinophil counts and total levels of plasma IgE.
