藏药延根中粗多糖提取和含量分析

Isolation and determination of polysaccharide in "Brassica rapa L"(Tibet herb)

采用水提醇沉的方法提取了藏药延根中的粗多糖,并用酚硫酸法测定了样品中粗多糖的含量,结果发现延根中粗多糖的收率为16.16%,其中总糖含量为67.90%.

To establish a simple and accreted method for the determination of polysaccharide in ＂Brassica rapa L＂（Tibet herb）. The spectrophotometry is used to determine the content of polysaccharide. The result shows that the coarse polysaccharide extraction is 16.16 %, and the content of total polysaccharide is 67.90 %.
