摘要
针对大学生运动员身体素质和实际情况,对跨栏运动员如何在短期集训中提高身体素质和技术水平进行了分析和总结.通过参加比赛实践,训练效果令人满意.
In view of the physical quality condition of the university student athlete, how to jumped a hurdle the athlete to improve the physical quality and the technical level in the short-term training has carried on the analysis and the summary. Through attending the competition to practice, the result shows that the training effect is satisfying.
